Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Backend Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our blockchain applications while ensuring scalability, security, and high performance . You will play a crucial role in the evolution of decentralized technology solutions , contributing to a historic moment in blockchain history.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Service Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Golang and TypeScript .

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with frontend developers, blockchain engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions .

Performance Optimization:

• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through code optimization and architectural improvements .

Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes.

Automation & Infrastructure Contribution:

• Contribute to automation in build, deployment, and monitoring processes to improve development efficiency.

Troubleshooting & Debugging:

• Diagnose and resolve production issues efficiently , ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

• Maintain technical documentation for APIs, design decisions, and system architecture to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ( BE, MCA ).

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming experience in Golang and TypeScript.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Expertise in debugging production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed computing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and Web3 protocols (preferred).
