Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions to meet the client s needs. The Solution Architect will work closely with technical and business teams to define system architecture, propose technical strategies, and guide the development of high-quality software solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of system integration , middleware , and API management.
• Expertise in enterprise-level databases (SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, etc. ).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions based on client requirements.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with machine learning , AI , or data engineering solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology or distributed ledger systems.
• Experience with agile coaching or mentoring teams.
• Certification in AWS Solutions Architect or similar cloud certifications.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Experience:

• Total years of experience can be 10+yrs
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT solutions design or architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical solutions in a client-facing role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior business leaders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Experience in system performance tuning , scalability assessments , and identifying bottlenecks.
• Experience in working with distributed teams across multiple geographies.
