Lead I - Software Engineering - C++ Developer

Experience Range: 5+ years

Hiring Location: Mumbai, Gurugram, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum, Pune, Noida

• 5+ years of experience in C++ Object-Oriented Development
• Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17) , including STL and modern C++ best practices
• 2+ years of experience in writing Web Services (XML, WSDL, SOAP)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles
• Experience with performance optimization (profiling, memory management, low-level debugging)
• Experience with Relational Database Systems (preferably MySQL)

• Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Hands-on experience with GIT and DevOps practices
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable web services using C++
• Develop and maintain web services within a microservices architecture , ensuring seamless interaction with other services
• Integrate with relational databases (MySQL) and external APIs to enhance application functionality
• Optimize application performance, memory management, and debugging processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including developers, architects, and product managers
• Work in an Agile environment , following best practices in software development
• Maintain clear documentation and participate in code reviews

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle development , including design, development, testing, and implementation of complex systems
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
