Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the company. Analyze financial results and ensure cost control measures are in place. Maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team, including designers, project managers, and administrative staff. Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and the overall client experience. Ensure operational workflows are streamlined for effective project delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design innovations. Use this knowledge to position the company as a market leader in interior design.
Work closely with the marketing team to build and enhance the companys brand presence through digital and traditional marketing efforts. Oversee the creation of case studies, portfolios, and marketing materials to attract new clients.
