(Initially on Direct Contract for 6 months. Based on performance, will be hired as an employee)

Location: Technopark, Trivandrum

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Shift Timings: General Shift

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in HR or related fields.

The position will initially be offered as a contractual role for a duration of 6 months. Upon successful completion of the contract period, based on performance, there may be an opportunity to transition to an FTE role. 

About Us: Phykon is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. We are looking for someone who is passionate about discovering untapped talent and fostering organizational growth, ultimately helping individuals build successful careers.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior HR managers to identify and understand the hiring needs across different departments and roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with the talent acquisition team.
• Create and update job descriptions in consultation with HR managers.
• Screen resumes and applications, maintaining accurate records throughout the hiring process.
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively work towards fulfilling them.
• Stay updated on new HR processes and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role within talent acquisition.
• Proficient in productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
• Experience using HR systems and job boards.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and disciplined approach to tasks.
• Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent management.
• Target-driven with the ability to adapt to new environments.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and HRIS.
• BPO/KPO hiring experience is preferred.

• Female candidates from the Trivandrum area are preferred.
