Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Product Analyst based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad. You will be a key member of our product team, responsible for leveraging your analytical skills, data insights, and business acumen to drive product strategy and development. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product decisions.

- Perform thorough business analysis to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Develop and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of product features.

- Analyze product performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.

- Support product managers in developing and executing product roadmaps.

- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve product design.

- Contribute to the development of product documentation and training materials.

Qualifications :

- Analytical Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights.

- Data Analytics : Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques.

- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.

- Experience in supporting product management activities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Exposure to B2C applications like E-Commerce, Retail, or Digital Transformation apps.

Experience Level :

- Minimum 2 years as a Business Analyst and 3+ years overall professional experience. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Analytics, Product Management).
