Unit Production Field Engineer

Role & responsibilities

To run and coordinate the field operation in shift to achieve targeted shift production ensuring required quality and optimizing process parameters w.r.t SOC to maximize yield performance.

- Implementation of safety and environmental initiatives

- Coordination of entire shift operation activities (field) to ensure targeted line-wise shift
production following the production and packing planning

- Quality Control

- Cost Reduction Initiatives
