You are responsible for

Manage the outlook calendars of Sr. leadership

Ensure agendas of visitors and travel plans of leaders are taken care off
Have the knowledge and understanding to support projects and programs with engagement etc.
Take care of engagement activities, celebrations etc.
Provide support for the organization where operation activities are required, raising of PO s etc
Have a connect with the PIC leadership and understand the happenings in the PIC landscape
Be responsible for all activities pertaining to a business executive admin and project co-ordinator
