About Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated MBA graduate to join our dynamic Process Transformation Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to drive change through innovative process improvements. What You'll Do:

Process Analysis & Mapping:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Create process maps, flowcharts, and detailed documentation to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies.

Process Redesign & Optimization:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined, efficient processes.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous process improvements.

Data-Driven Insights:

• Analyze performance data and key metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making.

Change Management:

• Assist in driving the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies across the organization.
• Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and support teams during the implementation phase.

Project Management:

• Lead or participate in projects aimed at optimizing business processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project success.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align process improvements with business objectives.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• MBA from a top tier college (IIM Preferred).
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Experience in process automation and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM) and related technologies.
