RO/Chiller/Utility/Boiler/HVAC Operators and Engineers

Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Operator, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing critical systems, including boilers, chillers, utilities, HVAC, and water systems. We are also hiring for positions such as electricians, fitters, and instrumentation supervisors.

Responsibilities:

1. System Operation and Monitoring:

-Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, utilities, and water systems to ensure optimal performance.

-Respond promptly to alarms, perform system checks, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

2. Preventive Maintenance:

-Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on all relevant systems, following established procedures and checklists.

-Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any abnormalities or trends.

3. Emergency Response:

-Act swiftly and effectively during system emergencies, following safety protocols and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.

-Participate in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.

4. Quality Control:

-Ensure that all systems meet regulatory and safety standards through regular inspections and adherence to compliance requirements.

-Collaborate with quality control teams to address and rectify any deviations or non-compliance.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

-Maintain comprehensive records of system performance, maintenance activities, and equipment logs.

-Generate regular reports for management on system efficiency, energy consumption, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred

-Proven experience operating and maintaining boilers, chillers, HVAC, utilities, and water systems, Electrician, Instrument Technician

-Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and best practices in facility operations.

-Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
