Senior Manager - Workday HCM (10-18 yrs)

Job Description:

- A leading consulting company is looking for a Workday-HCM expert, with technical expertise in Workday deployment, workday implementations.

The role will drive:

- Project Management in Workday.

- Enable transformations of HCM, HRIS domain.

- Candidates must have minimum 10 years experience in Global Workday implementations in HCM & full platform projects with modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking, Talent & Performance.

- Liaising between Functional and Technical teams, Stakeholders and Vendors.

- Building and maintaining a standard processes around the new systems.

- Driven Initiatives for process stability, KT's, improvements and increasing application efficiency and team's productivity through strategies, streamlining and automations.

- Leading a cross functional team for strategic IT Applications ownership to organize data, maintain user experience and solution support.
