2. Litigation:
Co-ordination with lawyer for litigation aspects.
Filing of cases on behalf of company under various laws.
Monitoring the court cases and other litigation and non-litigation matters of company.
Visiting courts and advocate office, consultant office for the purpose of legal matter.
Visiting government offices for various permissions and other related matters.
3. Compliance:
Compliance of various laws across all the regions and sites where the company operates.
Ensuring all legal compliance under various laws, applicable to company.
Preparation and Implementation of compliance checklist.
Handling compliance matter of all group companies.
4. Other Legal Matters:
Handling documentation, IPR (Intellectual Property Rights), Partnership, labor laws and other matters under various applicable laws.
Renewal of file insurances policies and site insurance policies and site insurance policy and negotiation of terms and condition
Following up of all site head and In charges for compliance purpose on daily basis
WC policy coverage matters
Vetting of work order, site contracts and timely renewal of the same
Invoice legal advisory, advising on legal terms and conditions of quotation and other commercial matters regarding quotation.
Ensuring legal compliance in all phases of PEB projects, from inception to completion.
Conducting legal assessments to identify potential risks and advising on risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance on contracts, agreements, and negotiations.
Offering strategic legal recommendations to enhance project efficiency and success.
Overseeing the review and development of legal documents related to construction and contracts.
Monitoring changes in legislation and regulations affecting the construction industry and proactively advising the organization.
