Civil Project Coordinator

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budgets.

Resource Management:

• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure resource availability and project alignment.

Communication and Reporting:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to project specifications.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and address issues and changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety on project sites.
