Job Summary.
Pbpartners is looking for an experienced HRBP Manager to lead the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and oversee the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, workforce analytics, and organizational development while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HRBP team, ensuring effective collaboration with business units.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance workforce productivity.
- Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Partner with leadership to drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Address employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HRBP or related HR roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive HR initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing teams and handling employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
