Job Description

1. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate sales interactions (calls, emails, meetings) to assess adherence to established sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.

2. Performance Analysis: Conduct regular audits and reviews of sales activities and outcomes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

3. Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives and managers based on quality assessments and performance metrics.

4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

5. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance against goals, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions to optimize sales processes.

6. Training and Development: Assist in developing training programs and materials focused on sales process improvement, quality standards, and best practices.

7. Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on quality assurance findings, performance trends, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities and processes.

9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to align sales processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in quality management or sales process improvement are advantageous.

2. Experience: Proven experience in a quality assurance or similar role within a sales environment, preferably at an executive level. Previous experience in sales operations or sales management is highly desirable.

3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate quality standards, provide feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing sales processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.

6. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence, coach, and motivate sales teams towards achieving quality and performance objectives.

7. Problem-solving Ability: Proactive problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyse root causes, and implement effective solutions in a dynamic sales environment.

8. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales management tools to monitor and analyse sales activities and performance metrics.
