We're seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage all aspects of our company's team outings and leisure travel, including MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) related arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute team outings and leisure travel within budget.
• Manage all travel logistics: flights, trains, buses, hotel bookings, and event tickets.
• Develop detailed itineraries and activity plans.
• Handle vendor negotiations and payments.
• Manage MICE related travel and logistics.
• Ensure smooth execution and resolve logistical issues.
• Utilize Excel for budgeting, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in travel coordination, event planning, or MICE management.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking platforms and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work 6 days a week from our Paytm Noida office.
