SUMMARY:-
We are looking for candidates who must have excellent communication skills.

• Grammatical and fluency in English is a must.
• Willing to work in the night shift.
• Should be a quick learner.
• A general idea about recruitment preferred

TRAINING:-
On the Job training (One-on-one/Group training/Mentoring to gain industry knowledge) Salary will be provided during the training period.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client staffing requirements and collaborate with them to develop customized solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to source, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Manage the end-to-end process of recruitment and staffing, ensuring projects meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to clients, ensuring transparency throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead discussions on pricing, terms, and contract agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Address client concerns or issues promptly, working toward solutions that maintain satisfaction and trust.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, job requirements, candidate submissions, and placements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to offer informed solutions and services.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build lasting relationships, and a keen eye for detail.
