Must have atleast 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment working on contractual roles (W2 Requirements)

SUMMARY:-
We are looking for candidates who must have excellent communication skills.

• Grammatical and fluency in English is a must.
• Willing to work in the night shift.
• Should be a quick learner.
• A general idea about recruitment preferred.
• Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate.

ROLE:-
To handle end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment cycle of clients in the US-for All time zones.

TRAINING:-
On the Job training (One-on-one/Group training/Mentoring to gain industry knowledge and learn recruiting tactics.) Salary is also provided during the training period.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Will be working on Contractual (W2) HealthCare requirements of clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.
• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
• Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
• Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements on time.
• Any other tasks the Immediate Supervisor may assign.
