Sales Manager - Sales and Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision of overall sales, Should have knowledge and techniques of residential and commercial sales, Achieve sales and references and manage collections.
• Develop and manage broker and channel partner. Should have deep knowledge and understanding of network for sale.
• Review sites sales office requirements, Generate sales MIS, arrange corporate presentations and meetings for closing deals.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Facilitate training and professional development for team members.
• Negotiate and finalize deals with clients and partners.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues with typical clients.
• Ensure compliance of RERA.
• Inter Department Coordination.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.
• Knowledge of current real estate laws and regulations.
• Strong networking abilities to connect with potential clients.
