Fleet Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage fleet operations, including PTL (Pre-Trip Load) and FTL (Full Truck Load) deliveries.
  
• Oversee last mile delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
  
• Coordinate with control tower team for line haul optimization and freight management.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  
• Monitor fleet performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and driver productivity.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in fleet management or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of transport operations, fleet management systems, and logistics processes.
  
• Proven track record in managing large-scale fleets for ecommerce companies or similar industries.
