Role & responsibilities

• Raising demand and collecting funds from customers as per the demand raised.
• Visit Bank, Customer Homes for collection of Cash / Check.
• In-dependably handle all project collection.
• Visit the customer and collect the overdue amount.
• Maintain a relationship with the customer and follow-up with him for timely.
• Customer Life Cycle Management.
• Handling & counseling of cancellations, interest payments etc.
• Prepare & submit MIS with regards to customer complaints, queries & requests resolved/answered.
• Ensure feedback given to the management in order to keep track of customer deliverable.
• To ensure adequate support to customers for assistance in bank loans, registration of property.
