Tele Caller

The Customer Grievance & Enquiry Executive handles customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves investigating issues, coordinating with internal teams, and providing timely updates to customers. We are seeking candidates proficient in multiple languages, including Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer grievances and inquiries through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite grievance and enquiry resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on grievance and enquiry metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of customer service, grievance handling, or enquiry management experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and at least one of the following languages: Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, or Telugu.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
