E Commerce Manager

Work Location:

• Head Office - Airport Road, Indore

Salary:

• Min. Rs. 40,000 & then open to discussion Basis Experience & Knowledge

Role & Responsibilities:

• Understanding of Ecommerce fulfillment process and how to achieve cost effective business solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test E-Commerce initiatives
• Responsible for products, pricing and promotional strategies along with the squad lead management
• Strong knowledge and understanding on ecommerce and vendor
• Daily overseeing the accounts, notification and orders.
• Create marketing strategy for Product Portfolio, support catalog team for creation uploading of most attractive Content Images related to the product
• Coordinate with other department for updates e.g. purchase team for stock update
• Listing optimization campaign and other ad PPC strategies like headline ads etc for sales boost. Daily analysis of planned vs. actual sales
• Track Daily Sales Performance of multiple products, top selling products.
• Create pricing, discounting promotional strategies for assigned productsmaintain improve profitability margins in assigned Products
• Identify new product launches & find supplier & packaging design till launch * listing on portals : Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify
• New product research and product brand management.
• Set up budget monitoring and optimization of digital ad campaigns across digital ad networks like Social Media, Google Ads, Amazon ppc, Flipkart ads, etc. Site traffic and conversion analysis, marketing performance and lead generation. Develop SEM/SEO campaign strategy, execution, and enhancements. Optimize website conversion rate and analysis.

Must Have:

• Min education - Post Graduate in Any Specialization
• Min 5+ years of experience in e-commerce industry (India & global)
• High standard of English communication
• In depth knowledge about e-com account management, advertisement ads management, inventory management like: Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
• Experience in managing online PPC Ads is preferred
