Zonal Sales Manager

Candidate will be responsible for handling Sales team (ASM, ASE, SO ,SR) on Pan india basis, handling S.S., distributors, achieving monthly targets. He will be responsible for doing daily reporting as per the system.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budgets and targets
• Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
• Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to the existing customer base
• Building strong relationships with key accounts
• Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products & services
• Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these

Requisite Skills:

1. You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

2. You have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role

3. You are a hands-on leader who is a strong coach & mentor with a strong track record of building & leading high-performing sales teams

4. You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills

5. You possess good analytical skills and are an excellent problem solver

6. You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization
