As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential clients, pitching solar energy solutions, and closing deals in a B2B sales environment. This role offers daily field travel, and candidates must have their own two-wheeler or four-wheeler. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients in the commercial/industrial sectors and housing societies.
• Sales Pitch & Product Presentation: Effectively present and explain the benefits of Open Access, Captive, and Group Captive solar solutions, showcasing how these solutions help reduce energy costs.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term, strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Sales Execution: Convert leads into contracts through negotiation and successful deal closure.
• Market Research & Reporting: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, renewable energy policies, and government incentives related to solar energy.
• Daily Travel: Conduct client visits within the assigned territory for face-to-face meetings and relationship building.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 1-3 years in Solar sales (B2B sales, field sales, or solar energy sales preferred; freshers with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
