Role & responsibilities

- Plant Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of plant facilities.

- Security Management: Ensure the safety of employees, assets, and property, and oversee security personnel and systems.

- Guest Management: Manage visitor experience, including VVIP visits.

- Event Management: Plan and coordinate internal and external events.

- Canteen Management: Oversee food services, ensure quality and cost management.

- Guest House Management: Manage guest accommodations, cleanliness, and supplies.

- Pest Control: Coordinate pest control services and ensure a pest-free environment.

- VVIP Visits: Organize logistics and manage the smooth execution of VVIP visits.

- Expat Management: Handle relocation, accommodation, and visa requirements for expats.

- Garden Management: Ensure the aesthetic upkeep of company grounds.

- Company Buses & Transportation: Oversee company transportation services and maintenance.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.

- Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors for services like cleaning, landscaping, pest control, etc.

- Problem Solving: Addressing issues related to facilities, security, and services proactively.

- Communication Skills: Ensuring smooth communication with various departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.

- Budget Management: Ability to manage and track budgets for different areas of responsibility.

- Regular inspection and maintenance checks in housekeeping, security, canteen, etc.

- Address employee or guest feedback and resolve issues.

- Record keeping, budget management, and coordination with external vendors.

- Employee welfare initiatives and managing ad-hoc requests.
