Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with 3-4 years of expertise in the training and development field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns that promote our training programs and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the learning and development industry, as well as expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation within the educational and corporate training sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at promoting training programs, workshops, seminars, and other learning solutions.
Design and implement lead generation strategies that attract individuals and businesses seeking training solutions.
Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and newsletters.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with the company s offerings and client needs.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve lead acquisition and engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for program development.
Oversee the creation of case studies, client success stories, and testimonials to highlight the impact of training programs.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for campaigns and events.
Coordinate and execute online and offline events, such as webinars, conferences, or industry networking opportunities.
Optimize digital presence through SEO/SEM practices, and monitor and improve the performance of online advertising and social media campaigns.
Monitor and engage with clients and potential clients on social media platforms, establishing and maintaining relationships that lead to new business opportunities.
Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect the company s brand values and effectively communicate the value of the training programs.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3-4 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on the training and development, education, or corporate learning industries.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills to create persuasive and engaging marketing materials.

Ability to conduct market research and analyse data to drive decision-making.
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices to optimize website and content for search engines.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns within the training or educational sectors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing marketing needs.
