Job Overview:


We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Trainers to deliver training programs across multiple domains including Process, Behavioral Skills, and Voice & Accent (V&A). The ideal candidate will possess the ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training in these areas, enhancing employee performance, communication, and process adherence. This is a multi-faceted role that requires a mix of skills to support and develop employees across various functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Training:
    • Conduct training sessions to ensure employees understand and follow business processes effectively.
    • Develop, update, and deliver process training materials that align with company objectives.
    • Provide continuous support and refresher training to employees on new or modified processes.
    • Assess employee performance on process adherence and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Behavioral Skills Training:
    • Design and deliver training on soft skills, such as communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and leadership.
    • Foster positive behavioral changes in employees by conducting workshops and individual coaching sessions.
    • Work closely with management to address any behavioral challenges within teams and customize training programs to address these.
    • Encourage self-awareness and personal growth among employees to enhance overall team collaboration.

  • Voice & Accent (V&A) Training:
    • Conduct training sessions focused on improving employees' pronunciation, accent neutralization, and overall communication clarity.
    • Provide coaching on English language fluency, pronunciation, and tone modulation to help employees communicate effectively in a global business environment.
    • Assess communication challenges and tailor V&A training for individuals and groups.
    • Run mock calls, role-playing exercises, and feedback sessions to ensure learners' success in customer-facing roles.

  • General Training & Development:
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of all training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
    • Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees to ensure the application of training in day-to-day activities.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in process, behavioral, and V&A training to incorporate into training modules.
    • Develop and maintain training documentation and ensure it is accessible for employees.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with HR, team leaders, and department heads to understand specific training needs.
    • Deliver customized training programs that align with organizational goals and business needs.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to track training progress and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training roles covering process, behavioral, and voice & accent development.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, behavioral theories, and effective communication techniques.
  • Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to create training materials, job aids, and assessments for diverse training needs.
  • Expertise in pronunciation techniques, accent neutralization, and overall communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles and needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification or specialization in voice and accent training or behavioral coaching.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms.
  • Experience with data-driven training assessments and feedback tools.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, with a passion for helping individuals grow and succeed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address a variety of training challenges.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees across various departments.
