Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Executive specializing in Power BI and Management Information Systems (MIS) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of business intelligence tools, reports, and dashboards. You will play a key role in analyzing data and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Power BI Reporting and Dashboards:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
• Integrate multiple data sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, cloud platforms) into Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Perform data modeling, transformation, and ensure data quality and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline business processes and decision-making.

MIS Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze regular MIS reports across various business functions (sales, finance, operations, etc.).
• Ensure timely delivery of reports, highlighting key trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Identify data anomalies and inconsistencies, and work with other departments to rectify them.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on business performance, providing insights that support operational improvements.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and data requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as requested by senior management and other departments.
• Present findings, insights, and trends clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Data Governance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness by regularly monitoring the data pipelines and reporting tools.
• Establish best practices for data management, reporting, and analytics across the organization.
• Conduct periodic audits and troubleshooting of existing reports to maintain quality standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working with Power BI or MIS.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with database management (SQL, Excel, etc.) and data extraction techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in data visualization and presenting complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data integration tools is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
