PAC Cosmetics - Finance Specialist (3-5 yrs)

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Male candidate to manage the financial activities of our brand.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Maintain outstanding reports (creditor and debtor).

- Tally & GST working with online payment.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.

- Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
