Job Title: Senior Process Associate (Group Accounting & Financial Reporting)

Location: Delhi Okhla Phase 2

Shift: Partial and Night shift
Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter/ CA dropout

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our multi-country or Group Accounting process team. The role involves handling end-to-end accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, and month-end closing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in IFRS/US GAAP, have strong analytical skills, and be capable of working independently to drive process improvements while ensuring strict compliance with financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger, balance sheet reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements, and assist in financial year-end closing.
• Maintain dashboards to track the progress of activities and multi-country engagements.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
• Work independently and collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
