Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of Board, Committee, and General Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Support in drafting and filing various e-forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and other regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, FEMA, RBI, and other applicable laws.
• Maintain statutory records, registers, and compliance trackers.
• Assist in drafting resolutions, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Conduct research on corporate governance, compliance matters, and legal developments.
• Support in handling corporate restructuring, due diligence, and other secretarial matters.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, legal counsel, and stakeholders as required.
• Assist in compliance audits and ensure timely regulatory filings.
• Any other duties as assigned by the mentor/company secretary.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be pursuing Company Secretaryship and have completed 2 Modules in Professional Program.
