Intern Product Management

We are looking for a Product Management Intern to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting product strategy, user research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product success while driving efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for:-. Support program and project definition, scoping, planning, and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Adopt a customer-first approach to problem-solving and quantify risks to customer metrics in decision-making.

Conduct data analysis through multiple in-house and external data sources, translating findings into actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Technical, to achieve product goals.

Participate in user research activities, conduct user interviews, and apply frameworks like SWOT for need analysis.

Assess the feasibility of technical solutions through prototyping / research and assist in prioritizing the product roadmap using an incremental development strategy.

Perform competitor analysis, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions.

Support project decisions while defining, refining, and continuously improving processes and practices to drive efficiency and scale.

Maintain product documentation and participate in Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, sprint review, keeping tracker updated, PI review, etc.). Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and candidate alignment.

Who are we looking for:-. Currently Pursuing or holding a Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Has a passion for product development and a solid grasp of business fundamentals.

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders and customers.

Demonstrates strong teamwork, accountability, proactivity, and integrity in their work.

Exhibits rational analytical and problem-solving abilities, and brings a creative outlook to problems.

Is self-driven and capable of making short-term decisions aligned with broader goals and vision.

Understands coding concepts, high-level product architecture, technologies and various phases of the product development lifecycle.

Quickly grasps software products, recognizes technical challenges, and appreciates the complexity of technical achievements.

Enjoys exploring innovative solutions and thinking critically about possibilities within the tech space.

Can logically evaluate technical workflows and draw insights on feasibility and future potential.

Adopts a solution-oriented mindset, focusing on logical, optimized outcomes rather than specific implementations.

Critically evaluates existing solutions and identifies areas for improvement and optimization.
