Oracle PCA/Exalogic Expert

Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Private Cloud Appliance solutions for clients, including architecture, deployment, and configuration
• Configure and manage Oracle PCA components, including Oracle VM, Oracle OCI Services, and Oracle Storage
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and infrastructure management
• Support automate processes and maintain the application and OS environments.
• Oracle Linux Administration, System Software installation, Support in oracle Cloud (OCI) and On-Prem Infrastructure
• Experience with Virtualization Technologies (KVM, OVMM, Oracle PCA)
• Experience in Containerization and Kubernetes container orchestration platform
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation guides
• Provide level 3 support for Oracle PCA issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
• Management of OCI INTERFACE BLOCK storage
• Troubleshooting and resolving OCI INTERFACE BLOCK Storage related issues
• Ensuring OCI INTERFACE BLOCK storage systems are secure and compliant with organizational policies
• Virtual machine provisioning and maintenance and Patch management
• Strong understanding of Oracle PCA X10 architecture and components
• OBP Infrastructure monitoring and supporting platform as a service
• PCA administration and Patching
• DevOps tools (GITBASH, CHEF, RUBY, etc.)
• Knowledge of Managed services model meeting SLA's, Service management processes such as Incident, Change and Problem Management based on ITIL framework.
• Knowledge of Service management tools such as SERVICE NOW, JIRA, Agile Methodology etc.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Oracle Private Cloud Appliance solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Oracle PCA, Oracle VM and Oracle OCI Services, as well as experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and infrastructure management.
