Job Description
- Increasing ops efficiency by reducing noise and enriching incident data
- Increase uptime of system by predicting failure and taking proactive action
- Reliability Engineering, Performance Analytics and Capacity Forecasting

- Communicate vision and goals of existing and new products to both internal stakeholders, the analyst community, and customers

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related discipline

- Attention to detail proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities, simultaneously
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
- MS in Computer Science or Statistics
- Experience in data science or related technology
- Experience in designing and launching Cloud products
