Resident Construction Manager

Key Responsibilies:

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with project objecves and

melines.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, and

regulatory authories.

• Oversee day-to-day construcon acvies, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality

requirements, and project specificaons.

• Manage and supervise construcon teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure

efficient project execuon.

• Monitor and report project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure construcon acvies meet industry

standards and client expectaons.

• Conduct regular inspecons and audits to verify compliance with project specificaons and

quality standards.

• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, promong a safe

working environment.

• Conduct regular safety meengs and training sessions to enhance awareness and

compliance.

• Monitor project costs, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

• Idenfy cost-saving opportunies and opmize resource allocaon.
