Job Description
- Coordination with Service Engineers.
- Giving optimum service for the products regarding Installation, Demonstration of product Features, Preventive Maintenance, service & Trouble shooting.
- Make MIS Report Weekly & Monthly.
- Reporting to Operations Head for responsibilities.
- Promptly address various Customer needs to ensure Satisfaction levels.
- Maintaining Good service levels for Corporate Clients.
- Manage the manpower & achieve the desired productivity.
- Procuring Service Franchisee and Managing Sales and service Dealers for delivering Optimum service to the customers.
- Manage, supervise & coordinate daily operations.
- Revenue generation through AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
- Recruitment process of new service engineer.
- Ensure the payment collection from customer as per company norms.
- Preparations of training schedule for the branch engineers.
- Field Visits to sites for resolving technical problems.
- Ensure all Service delivery parameters are met.
- Ensuring complains and spares management/Review for better and fast resolution of breakdown complaints and revenue generation by sales of spares.
- Ensuring that highest service standards are maintained for servicing of clients and maintaining minimum turn-around-time.
- Providing technical and mobile app training to technician for their better productivity.
- Ensuring implementation of policies / procedures for all round development of organization.
