Hiring For Wealth Operations Manager For Mumbai (Andheri) location
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our Wealth Operations
team on our Wealth Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for smooth day- to - day operations of a Wealth Management firm, ensuring accurate and timely processing/ updation of clients transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Executions: Perform transactions for various financial Products, including
Mutual Fund (MF), Alternative Investments Funds (AIF), Portfolio Management Services
(PMS), Bonds and Equities.
2. Record keeping and Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely updating of records, and
perform reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
3. Audit and Compliance: Assist in Audit related activities, ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements and maintain accurate records.
4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for Process improvement and suggest changes to
enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Skill Set Required:
• Minimum 4- 6 years of work experience in Wealth Management Operations or a related
financial services role.
• Proficiency in using Wealth Spectrum system/ Excel/ Microsoft word
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment to meet deadlines.
