Job Description
- Processing monthly transactions and communicating variance between forecast and bookings calculation to sales and sales-ops.
- Researching and resolving discrepancies; addressing issues related to data, particularly those impacting compensation and commissionable transactions.
- Creating reports and analyzing data for patterns that indicate problems to be addressed or opportunities to investigate.
- Investigating root causes and working with relevant team(s) to address issues and process improvements.
- Owning and delivering on key business activities in support of the monthly close.
- Preparing presentations, documentations on process, policy for reference and training purposes.
- Have 3-5 years of Finance or Operations experience with a bachelors degree in finance, or business management
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Be able to understand, analyze and organize complex and/or sensitive data sets.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively articulating financial and sales bookings to diverse audiences.
- Have knowledge/experience working in Salesforce, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Siebel Analytics/Oracle.
- Possess drive for results, ability to multi-task and handle ambiguity and cross-functional team dynamics.
