Role & responsibilities

• Technical proficiency on controls systems. Through understanding of Batch s88 standards(CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc).
• Emerson DeltaV DCS, DeltaV Batch and DeltaV Live experience. Pharma experience is preferred.
• Design, program, implement, test and document Emerson Delta V DCSs
• Experience of M Series, S Series and PK Controllers etc.
• Electronic Marshalling, Distributed CHARM, IO cards, Power carriers
• Communication OPC, Ethernet, Profibus, HART, Profibus, Modbus, AS Interface, DeviceNet and VIM etc.
• Integration with third party systems
• Software – Configuration assistant, Explorer, Control Studio, Operate/ Live stream, Recipe Studio, and Database administrator etc.
• Control strategies as per SDS, design and development of screens, faceplates, and trends for real time and historical
• Design of process, alarm and event reports
• Software iFAT, integrated FAT, start up and site commissioning
• Startup and commissioning
• As built documentation
