As the India IT Team Lead at Onecom, youll manage internal IT systems and services, oversee the support desk, and ensure internal SLAs are met. Youll also be involved in long-term planning for Onecom IT, making a significant impact on our operations.

Key responsibilities:
Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve service incidents across IT products and services
Oversee server/cloud, network infrastructure, desktop, software, and data connectivity solutions
Use remote management solutions to resolve service incidents
Attend customer sites for service incidents (where required)
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
Prioritise workflow in line with customer SLAs
Raise and escalate support queries through supplier portals
Ensure customer information is tracked and updated in the company database/system
Communicate and escalate with carriers and suppliers
Support and maintain relationships with internal teams
Assist with testing of applications and projects
Mentor and train support engineers
Monitor systems for alerts
Manage communication between customers and internal parties
Ensure SLAs are adhered to
Proactively update and monitor existing IT systems
Involvement in technical projects for technology deployments / upgrades / integrations
Perform any other duties as required by the line manager
