Customer Support Advisor

• Responding promptly to customer queries, working to a first resolution target and ensuring the customer s expectations are always met.

• Handling and resolving customer queries and escalations including, but not limited to; billing issues, tariff changes, order updates, roaming queries, network issues and technical device challenges.

• Holidays : 18 days annual leave, + 6 public holidays
