Graphic Design (Digital) - Senior Designer

About Role:

We have an exciting role of Senior Graphic Designer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

• Position Overview: We seek an innovative, enthusiastic, and artistic individual to join our team. In this role, you will design, layout, and resize engaging digital assets to be used on social media, websites, partner sites and platforms, as well as designing and refining PowerPoint decks.
• Additional support may be needed to produce digital and printer-ready mechanicals, graphics, and mockups, as well as retouching, digital/print resizing and making client & legal revisions to the creative. Integral to this role is experience in Production Design with expert skill and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint .
• Ideal candidate would be responsible for designing social media layouts for various platforms (Meta, YT, TT, Snap, Twitch etc.) 
• He/she must also be able to think outside the box, have an impeccable eye for detail with high artistic standards and expert understanding of space, capacity and layout, and possess problem-solving skills.
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all media, playing a key role in shaping impactful campaigns that drive engagement.
• Create graphics, iconography and other elements in Adobe Creative Suite to add presentation polish.
• Understanding of project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and can execute on direction
• Ensure that all design elements align with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of creative excellence
• Work with Creative Operations lead to understand needs and capacity
• Uphold the highest standards of visual execution, ensuring consistency and innovation across all media and campaigns.
• Awareness of trends and keeping content current and fresh

Required Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.
• Strong organizational discipline
• Familiarity with fonts and typeface styles.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Tools
• Comfort and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-deadline environment.
• Ability to focus on multiple small and large scale projects concurrently.
• Efficient communication skills, excellent organizational skills, advanced knowledge of design and production software
• Computer Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, font management
• Editing and video/motion/animation/3D a plus
