Full Stack Developer - .Net/React.js (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze the existing platform to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

- Refactor and optimize C# .NET code for improved performance and scalability.

- Perform in-depth performance tuning to ensure the platform operates efficiently as the data grows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using React to enhance user experience.

- Continuous Improvement in process and overall efficiency of team delivery.

- Participate in technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.

- Provide troubleshooting for application issues.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Must-Have Skills :

- C# .NET Development (5+ years of experience) - Core requirement for the role.

- Strong expertise in .NET Framework

- Performance tuning and code optimization experience.

- Familiarity with large-scale data handling and processing.

- Proficiency in Javascript & React for front-end development.

- Debugging and troubleshooting.

- Collaboration and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Database optimization techniques.

- Cloud platforms experience (Azure, AWS).

- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools
