The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist Opportunity
Reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead. The RevOps team is tasked with reviewing contracts with customers and partners, ensuring the accuracy of metrics and proper booking within the sales and financial systems. Collaborate with various departments such as quoting, orders, licensing, invoicing, and other related areas, working cross-functionally to implement new products, packaging, licensing, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
What you ll be doing:
Responsible for processing Tier 1 and Tier 2 opportunities.
Tier 2 includes handling (direct & indirect) cancellations and restructures involving two or fewer canceled or restructured contracts. This includes reviewing opportunities and contracts, verifying key metrics, and creating and validating sales orders, all with minimal oversight. Ensuring that all bookings adhere to company policy, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
Responsible for basic (Tier 1 & Tier 2) inquiries from Sales/Deal Desk including: metrics review, validation of at-bat, blending partner quote forms, moving stages, techsoup, Bad Debt and general questions. (Tier 2) Covering cases for metric validation, billing/PO issues, debook/rebook, C&R credit language and CPQ errors. Serving as an escalation point for Tier 1 cases as needed.
Escalate as needed. Monitor case queue throughout the day for timely response.
Perform UAT Testing, review testrails and ensure changes are acceptable and met the expected requirement before deployment to production. Collaborate with BT and cross-functional departments to troubleshoot technical issues and implement enhancements or fixes as needed.

Assist in conducting general overview process for newly onboarded member
Regularly takes the opportunity to share knowledge with colleagues, assists them with learning new skills and coaches team members on an informal basis.
Working knowledge of operations systems/tools and understanding of concepts and principles within own discipline; solid contributor with intermediate to advanced skills
Understands complete end to end process of quote to cash and can identify issues upstream or downstream.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree preferred or commensurate job experience
5+ years of experience in order management, quote to cash.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to details
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams
A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite
Solid understanding of order management, billing and provisioning systems, including upstream and downstream impact/activity
Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision
