We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations across India. You will play a key role in driving cost efficiencies, ensuring compliance, and optimizing procurement strategies while collaborating with global teams.

Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement policies, sourcing strategies, and vendor management frameworks.
2. Manage spend analysis, cost reduction initiatives, and contract negotiations to achieve business objectives.
3. Ensure procurement compliance, risk management, and adherence to regulatory standards.
4. Lead category management and supplier relationship development to drive efficiency and innovation.
5. Oversee tendering, RFPs, and supplier evaluation to optimize sourcing effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with global and regional teams to leverage purchasing power and drive strategic procurement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing, preferably in a shared services/BPO environment.
2. Strong expertise in contract negotiation, spend analysis, and cost optimization.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), e-sourcing tools, and procurement systems.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and local languages.
