Primary role:
At Odessa, project Management guides our projects and defines our processes. Our delivery managers are strategic problem-solvers who preserve design at the center of the work while achieving our client’s goals. As a delivery manager, you are responsible for enabling the collaboration between business functions and accounts to ensure minimal risk, maximum profitability, and efficiency of projects. What you'll do:

• Own all key scrum ceremonies including the facilitation of stand-ups, stakeholder demos, retrospectives, scrum-of-scrum meetings
• Program management expertise and support for execution of multiple cross- functional projects (client projects, product development, technology or operational programs)
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify scope and create detailed plans for end- to-end implementation
• Responsible for tracking schedule and deliverables to ensure delivery on time with high quality
• Manage resource plans across projects and optimize allocations to meet the demands
• Proactively clear impediments, identify risks, issues, dependencies and work with relevant teams to address them

• Provide visibility to management around status of deliverables, highlighting risks and needs for intervention
• Facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to enable continuous learning and improvement
• Diagnose project hotspots and propose workable solutions to stakeholders and senior management
• Develop a deep understanding of project needs and guide/motivate the team to accomplish goals
• Own and manage status reporting, dashboards and executive reviews
• Contribute to establishing program management practices, standards and metrics
• Plan, monitor and track project budget and financial metrics

Qualifications

• 5 to10 years of experience creating and delivering high quality program management, including metric-driven reporting on all outcomes
• Must have experience working in a product-based IT company on a business application that is end user driven and/or banking and financial services company
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• A minimum of 3 years experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or any other popular Agile practices and frameworks (e.g. Lean, Kanban)
• Data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, computer science, economics, accounting, business administration
