HR and Administration Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding process, including induction program design and execution.
  
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  
• Provide training programs for employees on various aspects of the business, focusing on culture building and process training.
  
• Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.
  
• Ensure accurate payroll administration by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements and regulatory changes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR role.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
