Servicenow Developer

Job Description

• A bachelors or master’s degree in information systems or computer science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8+ years of experience working as a Developer/Senior Developer on the ServiceNow platform.
• Should have good development experience in SN Platform.
• Experience with ITOM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro modules in ServiceNow (experience on any other ServiceNow modules is a plus) as a developer.
• Mandatory working knowledge on concepts like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Metric Intelligence, ACC, SRE, AiOps, DEX, Content Normalization and reporting etc.
• Experience on configuring Workspaces, mobile applications is needed.
• Knowledge and working knowledge on integrations with multiple monitoring tools, external inventory management tools.
• Experience in ETL data load using Excel sheets.
• Experience with custom application development, ACL’s and flows in ServiceNow
• Good written, verbal communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented & should know how to adapt to changing requirements.
• Commitment to excellent customer service & strong focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Should have worked in an Agile/Scrum environment.
