Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Job Description:

1. Booking of PO and Non-PO Items

• Manage the booking of PO (Purchase Order) and non-PO items in SAP for all BR (Bombay Realty) projects, utilities, and SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) rent payments.

2. Lease Billing and Collection

• Oversee lease billing and ensure timely collections from tenants.
• Handle electricity reimbursement activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements.

3. Bank Reconciliation & Intercompany Reconciliation

• Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow reporting.
• Handle intercompany reconciliation activities to ensure consistency and correctness across all financial transactions.

4. Monthly & Quarterly Closure Activities

• Support monthly and quarterly financial closures.
• Ensure timely processing and release of TMC (Tax Maintenance Charges).
• Oversee India RE (Real Estate) payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers.

5. FD (Fixed Deposit) Management

• Oversee creation and closure of Fixed Deposits.
• Maintain comprehensive FD MIS (Management Information System) and schedules for internal tracking and reporting.

6. Vendor and Rent Payments

• Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors and service providers.
• Oversee rent payment processing for SRA and C Building tenants, ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with the lease agreements.

7. Audit Work

• Coordinate with auditors during monthly and quarterly audits.

Provide necessary documentation and explanations as required for auditing processes.
